Priday Plume Agate Pendant Necklace

This earthy-colored Priday Plume Agate in set in a five silver bezel within a textured rectangle frame. This rare stone features tiny black and pink plumes on a background of olive green and cinnamon. Dangling from the bottom of the pendant is a handcrafted leafy branch accompanied by a trio of tiny green agates and a Czech glass spike.

The pendant (including dangles) measures 2-1/2" tall and 7/8" wide. It hangs from a sterling silver chain in your choice of length.

All metal is sterling silver (except fine silver bezel) that has been oxidized, tumble polished and sealed with a protective coating.

Priday Plume Agate was first discovered in the 1928 by Leslie Priday on his ranch Priday Ranch near Madras, Oregon. The ranch was purchased in 1976 and is now known as Richardson’s Rock Ranch. Priday Plume Agate is noted for its multi colors and filamentous plumes, which are sprays of different minerals reaching out.

Care:  As with all handmade jewelry, this necklace is delicate and should never be worn when showering, swimming or during strenuous activity and sports. Beauty products such as perfume, hair spray and body lotions should be applied before putting on your jewelry. Store your jewelry in a small box or pouch to reduce tarnishing. To remove tarnish, use a good quality polishing cloth such as a Sunshine cloth.
