Bear in the Pines Rising Phoenix Turquoise Necklace

One of the most identifiable features of a grizzly bear is the large hump on its back. Many people think the hump is a bone but it is actually a mass of muscles used to give the bear strength for digging. Bears represent strength, protection, and empowerment.

This mighty grizzly is slowly ambling up the hill scavenging for food amid a forest of pine trees. The "hill" in this case is a beautiful Rising Phoenix Turquoise in a mix of green, dark brown, and golden brown.

Rising Phoenix Turquoise is a natural stone that comes from the Kingman Turquoise Mine in Arizona.

The pendant measures 1-3/4" tall by 1" wide and hangs from a sterling silver rolo chain in your choice of length.

All metal is .925 sterling silver (except the fine silver bezel) with an oxidized patina. It has been tumble polished and sealed with a protective coating.
